Seasonal Announcement



Our Seasonal Schedule is as follows:

We will be closed on December 22 through December 27.  We will return on December 28 and December 29.  We will be closed again on December 30 through January 2.  We will return on January 3.   

The entire Moonlight staff and management will be off during those days so nobody will be available to read or respond to email.  

YOU MAY STILL ORDER SERVICES AND PRODUCTS DURING OUR TIME OFF!! We will respond within 24 hours of the following business day to schedule your reading, book your spell, or let you know when to expect your product.  

IF YOU HAVE A SPELL SERIES IN PROGRESS, it will continue during the days off by rotating schedule that includes Autumn Mist, Jarle Olsen, and Lady Paulette or Christian Santini.  

IF YOU NEED AN ENERGY UPDATE, we will not be able to provide them from December 22 through January 3 due to the holiday schedule.  Please request energy updates before or after that time.

There will be no EMERGENCY EMAIL READINGS from December 22 through January 3 due to the holiday schedule.  Please order regular email reading service during those times.

Any readings or spells ordered on or after December 22 will be booked for the week of January 3.  

We will send out our last shipment for December on the 22nd so if you need an order filled before that time, the deadline is December 20.   There will be NO rush deliveries the week of December 19.  Any product orders received after December 20 will be shipped the week of January 3. 


NOTE:  We will honor the discounts on requests received during our December breaks.  If you send an email requesting the discount during our break, we will respond during our next business day with a PayPal statement reflecting the discount.

General Announcements:

There will be some changes starting in 2017 but not many.  

1.  The vast majority of our items have never had a price increase in the 12 years we've been in business.  For 2017, we are very slightly raising rates on just a few things and slightly lowering rates on some other things.  The increases are so small and on so few items that most of our clients won't even notice. 

2.  Due to half our spell clientele requesting that we don't send them the candle or kit that comes with our spell packages, starting in 2017, we will no longer automatically include a candle or kit with your package but rather give you the option to make custom choices.  We're still working out the details so I can't provide any yet.

3.  We will only be shipping products to the United States, Canada, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand.  Clients from every country in the world can still order readings and spells from us though!!

Last One:

January 17, 2017 will mark 12 years in business.  We are starting a new dating and filing system beginning January 3.  Since this is a brand new system, we are permanently archiving all records (including files and 
calendars) from January 2005 until December 2016.  The history of the readings, spells, and purchases that you've made with us will still be intact in our old filing system, but it will be stored away at a different location and not available for Customer Care to access.  Therefore, if you need copies of anything or have any questions on work that was performed over the last 12 years, please contact us on or before December 9, 2016.  After that date, Customer Care will be learning the new system, and the old system will be stored away.  So we will not be able to pull up history on any readings, spell times/dates, updates, or product orders.  

Any purchase made during December that carries over until January will be recorded as active for 2017.  In other words, if you order a spell in December, and it includes a reading, boosters, and updates that you won't be using until January, of course we will have that information easily accessible since the work order and history will be in our new filing & dating system.  But if you had a reading performed June 2010 and want a copy of it, THAT will no longer be accessible.   

Note:  There is no guarantee that Customer Care can find a reading or spell record from, say, seven, nine, or eleven years ago even if you contact us before December 9.  

Please make a note of these things if you're a regular client or have work in progress!
